Frequently Asked Questions
Definitely! Prevention is the key to optimal health. I can provide you with the tools and information needed to improve your energy, vitality and overall health through nutrition and lifestyle changes.
Consultations are most often virtual as this works best for my busy clients and are most convenient. This is usually done with a phone call or a zoom call. I also have an office for in-person meetings.
Many clients are hesitant to see a nutritionist because they think that they’ll have to eat all salads and greens. There is plenty of good-tasting, nutrient-dense substitutes that you can enjoy. And a lot of my clients say “why didn’t I try this earlier?”
Due to the costs and limitations that come with accepting insurance, I am not accepting insurance at this time. We can, however, provide you with a receipt to submit for possible reimbursement or to go toward your deductible if you meet the requirements of your plan
